The time limit to return/exchange a product  after being purchased on the website is 10 days, past these 10 days if the costumer returns a product Awamare will shipp it back to its owner, the shipping costs will be assume by the costumer.

To exchange a product you will need  the receipt and  the product has to be in perfect condition, unwashed, without stains of deodorant, makeup, bronzer and / or smell of humidity, it must keep the original label tags, the hygiene protectors and the original packaging, otherwise exchange  will not be accepted.

Awamare does not refund money, the product must be exchanged for another article of the same price or higher and pay the surplus.

For an exchange send an email to shop@awamare.com explaining the reasons why you want change your item, the shipping costs must be fully assumed by the customer.

We will send you a email indicating  the shipping address and requeriments.
Awamare reserves the right to reject a return  that is not in the conditions mentioned before.

Once you bought a product from Awamare, it has a 3-month guarantee after purchasing the product.

If the item is lost by the shipping company Awamare does not take responsability of this loss, this is the reason why we recommend using a company that allows you to track the shipment.

Items on SALE or discount can not be returned nor can any refund be made, Awamare will immediately return the product to the owner and the cost of the shipment will be assume by the customer.
